      Pros

      Really great atmosphere, people were great.

      Cons

      But you could be starting as early as 6am if on early shift or finish at 12/1am if on late shift. You could also be doing late shift and not have 11 hours (compensatory rest) between shifts to have an early morning shift the next day.
