Fun culture Good sales training and mentorship Onboarding process easy and very organised Leadership and broader organisation are accessible Health insurance

Cons

Product not a great market fit in some regions Lack of language accessibility made selling in APAC difficult Very pricey compared with competitors Price and value hard to sell as a "nice to have" product Commission structure kept changing Targets kept growing as quota attainment fell. 70% of the SDR org were missing targets. Stock options were confusing. Price per share was drastically higher than at other, much stronger software businesses like Qualtrics and Salesforce

Awesome recruiting. Some of my favorite coworkers.

Cons

No real chance to earn any substantial equity value if you're not Danish. Stay away if any other nationality.
