      Take home truck, maybe, after 90 days.

      Cons

      Owner doesn’t know hvac. Unorganized Says one thing but means another 50% of customers seem like his friends or family..really hard to do work for them

      The company was good. It started out as a great growth experience. Great bonos! Good work/life balance

      Cons

      The management is poor. The manager was not equipt to handle The stressors of running and HVAC company. She caused a lot of stress for employee, warehouse workers, cliente. Not reprenanded as she is related to the owners.
