-A lot of talks and theories on how to improve processes and things around but when it comes to actually implementing and doing those, people become a mess.
-Management is pure chaos, clueless and doesnt care much about the people.
-People from management, colleagues and peers suddenly disappearing or let go without any mention or explanation
-HR not friendly at all and clueless
- Middle management people dont do any work themselves but micromanage others.
