RUN! Don’t Walk From This Unprofessional Company - Support Tempel Steel Employee Review

This company Is financially unstable. Will hire and/or promote people and then lay them off two months later. The company can’t pay its bills on time. It’s a Boys Club. New President fired lots of employees and then hired his friends to work for the company. They don’t respect feedback of longtime employees. They say they want to change but no one there likes to do anything different. Very financially unstable company that tries to get by paying everyone and everything a little as possible. Very backstabbing environment where people are encouraged to report others for mundane/non-work related “offenses” such as not liking to hear a co-worker saying they are happy its Friday.
