I enjoyed working at Tempel Steel until later 2015 it went downhill with new management,new rules that make no sense at all and preference to certain type of people. Waking up and thinking I have to see the double face employees for 8 hours daily has made me lived the worst years of my life. Tempel was safe and fun to work at now it became insecure and annoying to work in a place where Human Resources won't care less as they made you think. I never had any issues with no workmates as the majority got along and supportive. Now , all I see is hate,envy and preference to certain people. Background Checking is a joke as the majority of employees have history of misdemeanors and some have came from the jail. They deserve to work as all we but that does not mean they are allowed to act as Tempel was a penitentiary. I have met just a few(2) amazing guys that are respectful and I'd wish all were the same or at least show respect but sometimes you can't fix a rotten egg.
