Pros
Hands on designing the collection from day 1. Cool fashion vibes and very hard working people. Great salaries, but only for foreigners. Locals get salaries which are on par with (terrible) Spanish salaries for the same job!! It creates a bad vibe between colleagues at times.
Cons
Constant 180C decisions by management who themselves are led by fear management. Leading to working many, many, many late nights (offices are located in an industrial area with only hourly regional buses to rely on) Career advancement only for Spanish speakers No regular feedback from direct manager, leading to nasty surprises
