This company is amazing! I left a career in retail after 30 years to work for this company and I have no regrets! The Managing Director, who leads our team is excellent. He is very gregarious, and he definitely cares about all of us as individuals. He provides all of the tools and support to drive your success. Ditto for the owner. TempExperts also maintains a dedicated marketing effort that puts the sales team’s needs first. Very customer-centric organization. Great place to work.

The company is still on the compact side in terms of staff size but the team IS growing and the quality of recent team members coming in is very strong, which makes for a lot of new energy in the office.

- This is the most fun and close-knit team I've ever been apart of. True bonds are made in this place. - Everyone has an equal commitment to truly doing the right thing and always taking care of their clients and candidates - there's a lot of integrity and accountability - The leaders of this company will invest in you and do everything they can to help you grow (professionally and personally) - Collaboration is key - if you have an idea for how to improve something, your voice will be heard. There are no "small parts" here

The only thing I can really say is that this company is constantly growing and with growth comes change. You have to be flexible and dynamic to thrive here - and above all, you really have to be a team player. I don't count this is a "con" - but it's definitely not for everyone.
