Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We truly care about the experience every team member has at TempDev, so we’re saddened to hear this was your perception. To clarify for readers, TempDev has not had any employees based in Florida City, FL, and we have never operated with “no projects.” Our teams support long-standing clients, and we actively work to balance workloads to avoid anyone feeling overwhelmed. Even so, if someone felt unsupported or burned out at any point, that’s something we take very seriously. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to a healthy, respectful workplace where employees can thrive.

Pros

TempDev truly practices what it preaches — flexibility, respect, and trust. Leadership treats you like an adult, not a resource, and the focus on outcomes (not hours) makes work sustainable. The culture is remote-first but still connected, with collaboration across teams and zero micromanagement. The projects are challenging in a good way. Meaningful work that directly impacts clients and the healthcare organizations we support. The company invests in professional growth with certifications, mentorship, and opportunities to lead new initiatives. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and feedback actually leads to change.

Cons

It’s a fast-moving consulting environment, so priorities can shift quickly. You have to be self-driven and comfortable with autonomy. It’s not the place for someone who needs a lot of hand-holding or structure built for them.

Pros

The work itself was intense but manageable.

Cons

The company culture(from CEO, to COO, and all the way down) made it difficult to thrive unless you were part of a specific social circle, where gossip and favoritism were common. If you look, most of the positive reviews came from long tenured employees who do their periodic review. For those who value professionalism, open communication, and merit-based growth, this may not be the right fit.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t always feel supported or included during your time here. Our intention is to foster a culture where every team member can succeed based on their skills and contributions—not social dynamics. We understand from your feedback that we have opportunities to strengthen that commitment. We value professionalism, open communication, and merit-based growth, and we’re actively taking steps to ensure those values are felt across the team. Regarding the productivity tools you mentioned, they were implemented to meet client security and operational needs, but we know that trust is just as important. We’re reviewing how we balance accountability with autonomy so that everyone can feel empowered in their work. We’re grateful for the effort and expertise you brought to TempDev and wish you the very best in your future endeavors. Feedback like yours helps us grow and continue improving the experience for current and future team members.
