The culture is remote-first but still connected, with collaboration across teams and zero micromanagement. The projects are challenging in a good way. Meaningful work that directly impacts clients and the healthcare organizations we support. The company invests in professional growth with certifications, mentorship, and opportunities to lead new initiatives. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and feedback actually leads to change.

It’s a fast-moving consulting environment, so priorities can shift quickly. You have to be self-driven and comfortable with autonomy. It’s not the place for someone who needs a lot of hand-holding or structure built for them.

The work itself was intense but manageable.

The company culture(from CEO, to COO, and all the way down) made it difficult to thrive unless you were part of a specific social circle, where gossip and favoritism were common. If you look, most of the positive reviews came from long tenured employees who do their periodic review. For those who value professionalism, open communication, and merit-based growth, this may not be the right fit.
