Limited flexibility on schedule. Always growing so you are constantly learning... not really a con. Can’t think of anything else.

Upbeat coworkers, strong sense of community, top-level leadership is supportive, good hours.

Constant in-fighting between various cross-departmental factions, willing to do anything to best each other. Unless join one of the factions, no one will have your back when you're under fire. Clear favoritism from some supervisors. Saw several co-workers leave quickly because it was made obvious early on that there would be no effort to work them into the group dynamic. No clear path to ascension in most areas -- you're pretty much stuck with the job you got until you decide to go somewhere else.
