      The atmosphere between the colleagues is really nice. They is no different treat even though there are different status.

      Cons

      Nowadys is too difficult to be an employee, they are growing and they need easy incomes so they can't hire people easily

      good benefits for the employees. Contractors does not have the same treatment.

      Meritocracy is not a common practice. Spanish people will always be ahead no matter what
