      Company is growing faster than I would like it to. I like the small 10 people company that I join a few years ago.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with, I have personally made many friends within the company, everyone is in it together. Solid compensation Very fun and interesting projects

      Cons

      Work/Life is in the favor of the former; expect to work overtime whenever it is deemed necessary Management can be a bit hands-on at times, though it is understandable given the size of the company
