      - You will never be bored - You will always be busy with something at anytime - You get to network and talk to other associates with the same level of depression as you - You get paid money so that you don't have to live in the streets

      real remote arrangement for most staff

      Cons

      There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
