Pros
Because primarily this is Australian-based company and the job is day shift. plus they offer a competitive salary and they would really let there employees grow.
Cons
I think the downside of working in a BPO in totality is that you can never really see stability although some may claim that a company is already stable. One colleague even told me not to settle on becoming a Call Center Agent as it can never really be considered as a career.
