Full time-decent a benefits and opportunity to make overtime or receive extra pay

Cons

Unrealistic expectation on call they want under 4 minutes company cuts money by having agents do scheduling, billing, sales and troubleshooting. Micromanaging. Constellation client is the worse. Inequity based on race. You will literally be ignored by upper management if you don’t fit a certain aesthetic.
