Just take a look at the reviews -- most of them are negative -- this should be a huge red flag. Coming here feels like I'm stepping into another world, a world that isn't modern.
- New leadership says there are changes being made, but there really aren't...I think this is because there is a great divide between departments. Department leaders go through training, but they don't apply what they've learned and everything stays the same
- Women aren't supported in leadership positions
- Male leaders comment on women's appearances
- Leadership will tell you how great you are and talk trash about everyone else, very unprofessional
- Leadership is beyond corrupt - they have ZERO accountability and don't have any understanding of how to run their department -- probably because they got their job on account of knowing someone else in a leadership role
- junior members who have been at the company a while have so much power they are pushing out middle managers or those with more experience who are new
- Company is not very transparent -- there are a lot of secrets -- ANOTHER RED FLAG
