      Pros

      Good training by upper management. Growing company. Diverse product line from many manufacturers as well as repair so many opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Because it is a large company you have you office politics but you have that ever where. Overall great company but if you want to move up you need to be at top of your game many qualified people.

      It has a great working environment.

      The company is supporting after-market products, it does not have a hardware design team to create and produce new products.

      Pros

      Good salary, decent benefits. (Medical benefits are less than ideal for most employers today)

      Cons

      Zero communication as to what is going on with the business direction. Micro-managed to death, so much so that it literally killed the business. Earned personal time off was deceitful and confusing.
