CEO is a bully, company an omnishambles - Group Product Manager Telmar Group Employee Review

CEO is a bully, regularly shouts and screams at staff (especially if you are a woman) when he doesn't understand basic concepts of product development. I was 'let go' while on a doctor's recommended sick leave. My tax payments were underpaid because apparently ineptitude runs through the company, top to bottom. Advertised as having unlimited holidays, managers admitted to me that it was just to attract applicants. If you tried to take more than 2 weeks holiday, you were reprimanded. Management just consists of clueless liars. Hostile work environment. If you value your mental health, don't work here.
