Pros
You can learn anything if you show the drive. This is a company where all hands are on deck. I had 4 different jobs at Telmar, learning more at each opportunity. You have to work hard, and do the job you were hired for, but if you express interest in other areas of the company, they will give you the chance to grow, and they will appreciate your incentive.
Cons
Not a place to go if you already think you know it all and should be paid for what is in your head. You have to demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and experience. You cannot sit back. No one will hold your hand.
