This is the first company for me in which I want to work and make my contribution. This desire appears due to the attitude of the whole team towards you. Working here I feel appreciated because of the good feedback about my work, the salary and the way I'm listened to. There is also a sense of freedom due to flexible working hours, independence and full responsibility for one's time and tasks performed. And also a great feeling that you are taken care of: asking 1 on 1 questions about how you work and what can be improved, sponsoring your work equipment and generally treating you like your friends who care, but of course observing the ethics of a healthy worker team. Working as a designer here, you can always discuss the design with the team, decide how best to name components or colors with the frontend, or independently sit and come up with solutions that can then have cool effects due to users who actively use the application. If it seems that everything is too beautiful and there must be some kind of catch, then there is one. To feel like this in this company, you have to meet the requirements. To have the same values ​​as trust, responsibility and awareness. To be a great specialist who develops and knows how to organize his work. To be able to keep a balance between what the application needs and what your inner creator-designer needs. So if you are a sincere person who has something to offer from his skills and experience, be sure that you will not go unnoticed.
