Pros

no pros much to list other than salary on time , No dress Code, Team Lunch, other than these few things there are absolutely nothing at all to list about this company

Cons

the list is too big to fill here but the most important cons are infrastructure- the company is a typical browsing centre setup,the cafetaria have 3 tables for more than 50 employees , HR policies are real worst you will be on probation for 6 months with Loss of pay for the leaves taken during probation,3 months notice period with Half salary paid for the notice period time,dont ever think abt any leaves here it have 5 casual leaves and rest called as privilege leaves which needs to be taken 14 days in advance else LOP!! one of the crap leave policy . no employee benefit like insurance or cab facility for working late.The best thing is the management policies change every couple of months.for their favour and suck the employee blood even on the last day of relieving

Pros

Extremely fun and engaging work environment, reasonable dress code (business casual with casual Fridays), great management, and very fair work policies. The Narayanans are such generous and wonderful people, and they work hard to show appreciation to their employees as often as they can. I'm honestly not exaggerating when I say that this is the best job I've ever had.

Cons

There could be more communication with the India office, but with such a small company and so many people having wear multiple different hats, it's difficult to make that happen. Also, if I'm being honest, I would love to get paid more, but again, it's a small company, and I knew that going in.
