People are great, loved my team and everyone I met.
Cons
You don't know if you'll still have your job the next day... lost mine after almost 2 years No proper training and on-boarding. Had to train by myself... nice... performed well but still lost my job! Spent days waiting for something to happen and my manager didn't help. You're by yourself and you usually work crazy hours to close the quarter
