      Pros

      You get to work with amazing people, who are actually rewarded for helping you. The more they help, they better THEIR review. So everyone wants to mentor / help the new guys. Big thumbs up for that.

      Watched a bunch of jobs get shipped to India.

      Pros

      Awesome culture, and non-stop learning. These are some of the brightest programmers I've worked with in my career.

      Cons

      Long hours. When a product launch date approaches everyone is in the office until midnight (or later) doing QA, or helping out.
