Telgorithm is a place where you really get to do the work. It’s very hands-on problem solving, not just surface-level tasks. The team is highly collaborative, and you’re encouraged to dive deep into challenges instead of skimming past them. Since the company operates in a niche market with a very technical product, you get to learn a ton and build expertise in a space that most people never touch.

Like most startups, things move quickly and priorities can shift fast, so it’s not the place if you want rigid structure. But if you like solving problems and working closely with others, it’s a great fit.

Extremely poor working culture. Certain department flat out lie and shift blame while the CEO is too naive to recognize this behavior. Three sales leaders in the span of a year should be telling… Horrible horrible work culture at Telgorithm. Leadership thinks the inbound channel is doing well. In reality you're lucky to get a single qualified inbound in a month. CEO believes the product is a must have; prospects largely do NOT feel the same. It’s treated like a commodity by all in the space except for Telgorithm.
