Pros

It was a job, but there I honestly would work in fast food before I would work there again.

Cons

High stress environment, brief training and then they throw you into the fire, and they don't take kindly to questions. Most people were so negative. I worked on a contract position and never intended to stay, but I always give 100%, and the manager would grill you if you asked a question that she thought you should know.

Pros

Frequent office festivities intended to boost morale

Cons

Client Impact: High account turnover due to poor training and lack of accountability directly affects customer satisfaction. Compliance Risks: Management routinely ignores accessibility requirements, which could expose the company to ADA-compliant accommodations. Productivity Issues: Leadership invests more in morale “events” than in staffing levels, leaving accounts under-supported. Reputation Problems: The company manipulates its image with staged positive reviews instead of fixing real problems. Hostile Work Culture: New hires are left unsupported, made to feel expendable, and often exit in weeks. Operational Instability: Poor payroll practices and mismanagement show a lack of financial reliability. Paychecks did not always clear on time. Training is practically nonexistent (1 day orientation + 1 day shadowing). Trainers and management are hostile, play favorites, and ignore new hires. Turnover is worse than fast food, accounts constantly lost due to poor leadership. Office is not handicap accessible; workstations are ergonomically unsafe. Documented medical issues ignored; request for temporary remote work denied. Fired instead of supported, then treated with open hostility. Belongings mailed to the wrong address out of spite.
