Pros
Is a good place to start a career but eventually most of the people look for other opportunities. The environment is very friendly and it has good benefits.
Cons
Salaries for junior positions are horrible. No growth opportunities unless you are friends with the right people. A lot of bureaucracy. The company is completely segmented and there's no interdepartmental collaboration.
