      -Great working environment -Great opportunities to work with more senior staff and learn from their skills and experiences, done through real experiences -Robust online learning ecosystem, provided by the company -Company provided lunch and excercise equipment

      -Could be far distance, if one does not live in Greenwood Village -May not provide health insurance to interns
