Pros

It should be noted that Glassdoor incorrectly lists Todd Nelson as the current CEO. There was a change in CEO in 2024, and many of the negative reviews about the CEO and overall culture likely refer to how things were under that prior CEO's leadership (which was poor, in my opinion). Under the current CEO, I feel that the overall culture is now much more conducive to a positive work experience. I feel like I work for a pretty normal company now.

Cons

All too common life of a tech startup. During 2023-2024 the Company went through multiple rounds of downsizing after its post-IPO hiring spree failed to stick. Fortunately the company's size has been stable at about 40 employees for more than a year.

Pros

- Small company environment means your work is visible and contributions truly matter. - Fast-moving and innovative — great place for people who are motivated, adaptable, and want to grow. - Leadership is approachable and invested in the success of both the business and employees who put in the effort. - Offers a chance to take ownership and have a real impact, rather than being just another number in a huge corporation. - Supportive environment for those who value collaboration and want career growth.

Cons

- As with any small company, things move quickly and the pace can be intense. It’s not the right fit for people who want to coast or just “get by.” - Some departments feel stricter than others depending on management style — but that’s true at any company. - Because of the size, resources can feel limited compared to larger corporations.
