Pros
It's just an illusion management creates saying there area lot of advantages of working here. But believe me there aren't any.
Cons
Only limited no of people who are adding value to company but company has no loyalty towards employees. People area exploited here, pay sucks, no work life balance. Employees are treated as resources and slaves not as humans. Work culture can be compared to government bodies.
