Pros
The only good thing about this (if you can say that) is that you get to choose your schedule
Cons
There are many bad things with this company. But the most important ones are: 1. There's absolutely no guarantee of working hours (they can cancel, change or re-arrange your schedule as they please, adducing this of course to "project limitations" 2. Although some of the managers seem to be good people, there are some who have no idea how to manage a call center team, very unprofessional and sweat shop like. 3. You're better off distributing flyers, or even get another marketing job were you get paid better and not being so stressed to meet the quota for the "generous" pay of 10.25/hr.
