Management and owners have little to no clue. One person handles almost all management duties pretty much running the company while another manager has not a single clue. Raises promised are NEVER met, even if on contact. Prepare to work with very inexperienced co-workers and get passed up for opportunities by very young family members or people who have bought into the company.
