Pros

It helps me develop strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer-handling skills while gaining valuable experience that can open doors to various career opportunities.

Cons

The job can be demanding due to high call volumes, performance targets, shifting schedules, and the need to handle challenging customer interactions while maintaining excellent service. Still, it is achievable.

Cons

They’re scammers. Be careful working for them and they have a high turnover rate.

Pros

A good place for beginners, with supportive and approachable management.

Cons

The salary is very low considering the workload. I was earning only ₱15,000–₱17,000 per month, yet the responsibilities were overwhelming. The company is extremely strict when it comes to scorecards and performance metrics, but the compensation does not reflect the level of work expected. There are also too many lines of business (LOBs) to handle. The role covers everything from order management and billing to technical support, requiring employees to juggle multiple responsibilities without adequate compensation.
