The company pays fairly for the job title

Cons

Expectations can change hourly, daily, weekly, situationally on what success, and your job description entail. When part of the service team you are expected to be available 24hr/365days. Also the benefits package is built to encourage long time employment, but it fails to include a retirement plan.

Pros

Working at Telepath you can learn different skills and gain experience in different departments.

Cons

Pay is extremely low for the amount of work done. Management is poor. At the end of the day, what's important is the money to them. They could care less and very little of their employees. Unless you are a personal friend to the main guys, you are mistreated. Nepotism. Understaffed and overworked. Difficult to request even basic office supplies.
