You feel useful in what you do. - Opportunity for development within the company. - Well-located offices (close to the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve) with private parking. - An attractive salary package: Company car, Cellphone, Laptop, Group insurance.

Telemis, the harsh reality: - The company makes buggy, old software (think Windows Me-ish). - Toxic atmosphere. Colleagues easily stab you in the back when it suits them. - Training: Non-existent, too expensive, and the staff isn't worth it anyway. - Salaries below market rates and impossible to negotiate, even in the long term. - So-So car with a very large company sticker on each side of it. - Company cellphone non-existent. - Oh, I almost forgot... the huge mountain of work that awaits you. Don't expect a cushy job, far from it. It never ends, and it's always the same problems that come up. No matter how many times you report them, they rarely get corrected... Because, why, if we can get away with it?

It seems clear that a vendetta is organized by one or more people against this company. I find it unfortunate that people want to cut the tree on wich they are sitting. If you are not happy within a company be brave and just move if you think it is better elswhere. If you want to be usefull for futur candidates please to take few minutes to read again your description to be consistant.
