Pros

Good Bonuses, 32-hour workweek with option to work 40 hours, Every other weekend off - if you are scheduled to work Saturday then you are off the day before so you always get some sort of weekend time off, Relaxed dress code, work is usually not stressful Overall, if you can avoid the drama in the workplace, it's a very flexible work environment with decent pay if you don't have a degree.

Cons

Disorganized; Poor management; At times, a very hostile work environment; office politics; Managers are unable to control employees, nor do they make an effort to (I once saw someone be sent home for being too high to do the assigned job. That is all that was done to handle the situation. Employees frequently got into arguments that turned to screaming matches with no intervention from management) However, people who didn't look for drama usually didn't have any problems

Pros

you could make as much money as you wanted to. They promote from within and look for anyone with the work ethic and attitude to move up quickly. If hadn't had to move would still be there.

Cons

weekend work twice per month
