Interesting position to be working in. - Telemarking Telemarketing Employee Review

The people there are really nice, and I love to talk to people, so talking on the phone is just like talking to people that aren't on the phone. I am a very friendly person and that's what makes it easy to hold down a job and to converse with other people.

Some of the challenges R2 try to respect your fellow employees and to not yell at them or be harsh but say things in a nice kind way and to be nice to your manager or boss and that way you will hold down a job.

Nice small company, people were friendly. You are able to work with everyone from owners, down to agents on a daily basis.

It being a small company is also a con in my opinion. If a bad business decision was made - it had major effects. Also the pay was not that great, and raises did not happen.
