Failure to follow company policies Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff HR does not support employees Excessive workload with poor delivery capabilities Employees are overworked and underpaid Lack of communication and staff engagement No incentives or recognition for hard work Poor teamwork and collaboration Lack of integrity and professionalism No consideration for employee mental health No sick pay or proper employee benefits

      Pros

      Great place to work and be challenged with intelligent, driven colleagues.There is tremendous opportunity to "choose your own adventure" within the company.

      Cons

      Though everyone at the firm is very competent and helpful, the company has grown very fast and has gone through a lot of personnel change since its inception. Processes and projects have not always been documented very consistently, so it can sometimes be difficult to find some of the information I need.
