Pros
Big company stable and profitable that does not depend on raising funding every X months . Good benefits. It's a good place to learn.
Cons
Your impact depends a lot on the projects you get assigned to. In general it's difficult to know the effect of your work in the company. Like any big company, growth is slower compared to raising unicorns and at some point your career may get a bit stalled. There's a lot of bureaucracy and middle management (some of them generate that bureaucracy to justify their job).
