Pros
The company is very open to working with young adults. It often employs in-terns, temps, and co-ops. These individuals also have a good chance of getting hired full-time. In the last few years, the company has increased it's employee appreciation activities.
Cons
Favoritism runs rampant in the compay and everyone seems to be worried about what the next person is doing. There is also not much opportunity for growth if you work in particular departments. The company grows largely by acquisitions, which can be very unsettling since they happen often.
