Pros
The people doing the grunt work are awesome. Site managers are wonderful, the team is fun and we work together.
Cons
- not near enough resources, people leave and don’t get replaced - high performers are leaving the company and are not being replaced - leadership is all over the board and making poor decisions with resourcing and organizational structure. You never know what is happening, and things change almost daily.
