Pros
Most of the people who work for the company are highly intelligent and very capable. Unfortunately, they are unable to do their jobs because of management issues.
Cons
The company loves to reorganize and move people around from department to department. They frequently have employees do their old jobs + their newly assigned jobs. This leads to overworked staff who literally cannot do two jobs at once. Projects are left unfinished and quality of work suffers.
