The employees are nice and easy to get along with.
Cons
Low pay No recognition or reward for working hard...not even raises to cover inflation Upper management is a joke I've never seen an HR department this out of touch with it's employees They cut back on spending to the point of being ridiculous (locking pens away so you have to ask for one each time you need a pen like a little kid)
