Pros

- If you are younger than 21 not going to school, straight out high school and want to get your feet wet in the work industry than maybe this job could be a match for you. - If you are sales driven or a gregarious person than maybe this job would be a great match for you.

Cons

first and fore most, they lied on the Job posting "marketing coordinator" $56,000 annually income. LIES this is literally a sales job you will be knocking on people's door selling products in my case it was frontier cable services. Not to mention commission only. There is so much more I want to say about my experience with this company but I cannot type a whole essay so I will stick to the basics. Also this is a pyramid scheme.

Pros

This company offered me exactly what I wanted. Entry level with a clear growth path into management. They even provided a comprehensive training program that allowed me to accelerate both my skill set and my opportunity for growth .

Cons

at times the hours can be long

Pros

Nothing good “lies” Not honestly They don’t pay you money Keep away

Cons

Everything in this company is “bad” and lies! If you have been accepted to come for an interview that means you have been selected to start going on the steer to make door 2 door sales! Job is based on commission no salary! They will tell that you will be an account manager but this is not true “again: you will be doing street Frontier cables sales” you have to knock on people’s door bells and once someone open the door you will be smacked on the face because you woke someone up!! However if you have decided to work for this “unknown company” all what you have to do is to bring your old shirt, trouser or jeans and a slipper all worth of $10 in order to use them in the “street” as new stuff will get over worn in 2 days time. During the training you will be standing 2-3hrs in a small room along with other team members of 30+ and not allowed to sit down because there is no seats are available! Very loud music during training and you will never hear what they are talking about! You have to pay $5 for the parking which generates more revenue for “Alex” company owner.. The lady in the parking had said this company asking their employee to pay for parking because they cannot afford to pay us back! lol I can talk until next year but I feel that I had enough! My advise “don’t go and waste your time” That’s all..
