Pros

Depending on project assignment it can be either hell or dream job. This is outsourcing company that works with Samsung, Nokia, Motorola and SonyEricsson as well as some smaller players in consumer electronics and automotive business. Projects are either maintenance (boring) or some R&D (sometimes it can be interesting if you want to learn something but it will also mean that they will push hard on you to deliver as clients are also pushing a lot). Work environment is rather good, trainings are available (but now they tend to be organized internally rather then externally).

Cons

Sometimes situation seems volatile - when you are assigned to projects then you are 'safe'. If you are not assigned then they will attempt to put you on any project just to make money. It is somewhat short-sighted approach. Different policies in different geographical locations. Lots of travel or relocation on some positions. People resigned because of that. Mean management in some places and culture of escalations. really frustrating sometimes.

Pros

One of the chances to get job in USA for those from other countries due to international affiliates other the world. Company is mostly doing corp-to-corp business in SW development / maintenance. Standard benefits, not bad medical and 401K packages.

Cons

Salary rate is a little lower than average of the market. The level of bureaucracy is sometime annoying. HR work is not satisfied. Lately the global management was changed, many re-organizations happened and it looks like the things are also getting worse.
