      Good development work(provided you are in right project)

      Cons

      No clear road map for the employees.If your current project is closing up,you will be picked up for any available project without considering your opinion.If you say no,than that would probably be your last day at work. No bonus pay.Its there in your CTC ,just to increase CTC number.

      Pros

      One of the chances to get job in USA for those from other countries due to international affiliates other the world. Company is mostly doing corp-to-corp business in SW development / maintenance. Standard benefits, not bad medical and 401K packages.

      Cons

      Salary rate is a little lower than average of the market. The level of bureaucracy is sometime annoying. HR work is not satisfied. Lately the global management was changed, many re-organizations happened and it looks like the things are also getting worse.
