Pros

- good daytime hours (7-3, 8-4 or 9-5) - parking available on side streets - directly on bus route - can interview and start within a day if you want - can make money if you are aggressive and push sales

Cons

- small, cramped work areas - old computers, dirty headsets and desks (constantly found garbage shoved behind computers, under desks) - no office morale, not many friendly people - managers only care about your sales - "sell the product or get the customer to hang up" mentality - one break for your entire shift - just a deadbeat workplace that really doesn't care about individual employees - no room for any advancement

5 day work weeks with decent co workers

Cons

Lack of time to escape the office. Constant noise of co workers saying the same thing over the course of the day... management sending you home if you don't get enough sales within a certain bracket of time.
