> well-structured for a small company > good HR policies with quarterly bonus pay-offs > everybody is approachable and work gets done faster > not much stress, good work-life balance can be achieved
Cons
> company has big aims and goals but lacks the resources to achieve it > company has a big product portfolio but has business only for 3-4 of them, sales team is not efficient > company needs to popularise itself; this company is unheard of in the telecom vendor market
