Work family environment, base pay with commission, great way to start a sales career, learn cold calling skills, room for advancement, recognition for top producers and contributors

Sometimes there is a lot of rejection simply because this is a cold calling job, but if you don't take it personal you'll be successful. As in life, not everyone is going to like you or listen to you, that's to be expected, so just move on to the next person and find success there instead!

I was able to work remotely so that was very convenient. Everyone was very fun to work with. Great training.

Just wish the pay was a lot better
