      Pros

      IoT unit at Tele2 can be an exciting place to work, with a lot of energy and a lot of smart people.

      Cons

      Lots of corporate menuvering and mikromanaging and everyone looking out for themselves while running over other people. They sell it as 'different' to other parts of the organisation but the reality is that it's the same old corporate bs.

      Pros

      A lot of good people doing smart things. Overall a good team.

      Cons

      Leadership not fit for purpose. They don't trust their employees and they don't trust each other. Too many reorgs and too many peple fighting for control. Lots of clicks and 'favoured one's.

      Good work life balance in an expanding business and very international environment

      Cons

      You need to be flexible, fast and open minded to adopt always ongoing changes. I like it, but some people finds this to be stressful
