Pros
The areas of working are so diverse that a person actually gets hands in almost all the departments. The interaction with the Board is easily accessible. The Team building and company enviroment is always the priority of the Organisation
Cons
Because it is a startup, a person from one domain may get some work of another domain. But again that is good as a learning experience and helps to build a great skill set
